Great experience! Called ahead and was assured they could accommodate my gf diet and no meat preference. They took the time to go through the menu, making adjustments in preparations and switching out some ingredients. Fryer is not gf, they fry their crispy sushi rice dished but were able to bake them separately for me. I had the salmon salade, which originally came with gluten containing tacos, so they changed that out and served it with sea weed and it was delish! All the dished were carefully made and reassured. Made me a separate dessert as well with different gf components from other dishes. Really looking forward to coming back, amazing food!

I recently enjoyed a delicious gluten free dinner at Chapter twice. The staff is very knowledgeable and almost everything on the kasrt is adjusted effortlessly. Highly recommended!
