I got the butternut squash soup which was the best butternut squash soup I’ve ever had, but I was not super confident about going to a French restaurant for gluten free food. I feel like I got away with one here by not getting sick. When I asked about getting gluten free food for a celiac, I didn’t get much of a rundown of the precautions that they take, but I figure that soup is usually a good bet for gluten freeness since it’s typically not done a ‘a la minute’ (made to order) which would mean it isn’t handled by as many hands or multi-use utensils.
