Brasserie Porte Rouge

They said that most things on the menu could be modified to be gluten free. Nothing was marked on the menu. When my order arrived, they had forgotten our long conversation about it needing to be gluten free. Luckily I was suspicious and asked before eating it. This would have been very bad if I hadn't double checked before eating. They didn't seem to take this very seriously, kind of an oh well, wait 20 minutes and we'll remake your food. They don't have a GF fryer. Each course I ordered came out with lots of bread (not GF) on the plate.
