Bratwursthäusle bei St. Sebald

We arrived late afternoon into Nuremberg and after a detailed google search of gluten free meals we chose Nürnberger Bratwurst for dinner. Whilst ordering I told the waitress I was celiac which she didn’t seem to understand what that meant. I explained I was gluten free and then asked about the gluten free menu which is listed on the normal menu. I was told bluntly by the waitress that everything on the left hand side of the menu was gluten free. Long story short I’ve been pretty sick with in hours of eating the Bratwurst and potato salad.
