A true beauty for celiacs in Tegernsee! They really know their stuff. They are aware of cross contamination and can answer any celiac-related question. They have self-made gluten free buns. The fries and sweet potato fries are also gluten free and are prepared in a gluten free frier. I live nearby so I already went several times there, never had a problem. The owner told me that they started out as a food truck and when they were booked for a special event the company asked if they also can serve gluten free food. This why they started informing themselves and experimenting with gluten free buns. I can highly recommend break burger!
