staff seemed super knowledgeable, but after eating here for the second time and ending up in severe GI distress both times, I think I can recognize a pattern. tastes great but definitely not celiac safe :(

Delicious gluten free breakfast food including celiac friendly pancakes, deep fried hash browns, and sausage. Pancakes are made with certified gf oat flour upon request. Staff is very knowledgeable.
