Very helpful server. Took us seriously, and let us know the GF items were prepped separately. When meal came he let us know he subbed the potatoes for fruit because he was concerned they were cross contaminated. My Celiac daughter, who has seen her share of fruit plates declared it the best she had ever had, and she enjoyed her breakfast sandwich as well.
