Review of Breakfast Republic

i had a really nice breakfast here!! although i was a little dubious at first about cross contamination as some of the menu isn’t gf, our waitress did reassure me that the gf french toast was cooked separately, so i ordered that and it was very yummy!!! of course as i do not have symptoms i don’t know the true safety of the place, but if you talk to the staff they are very understanding and do say they cook gf things separately :) the staff are very nice and the atmosphere of the cafe is great :)
