Fantastic service! The server was very knowledgeable about gluten. The menu has no info about gluten, but he was able to tell me what is safe. Almost any crepe can be made gluten free. (They have a buckwheat one). There are exceptions (which the server was sure to point out) like the smores one which has graham crackers. I had the breakfast one. It was so gooood. I will say, they don't have separate equipment, but the server assured me that they would clean the surface really well before making mine, and I didn't even have to ask.
