They have great cauliflower crust, the gluten free crust is pretty good (I like the cauliflower better!), they have a really good variety of different types of pizza toppings & the wings are baked, not fried, and also tasty! I have celiac disease and I have not had any negative reactions from eating here. If you label your order as allergy, it seems to be ok! Note: nothing is labeled as GF.

I was super impressed with Brenz! They have separate pans and utensils for GF pizza, and the staff is comfortable with working with allergies. It was nice to be able to eat pizza while in town. So glad we stopped!
