This place is not a gluten-free place, but they were able to accommodate me. I had a business meeting to attend and so this was the chosen place. My option was to just drink coffee while everyone else ate, or ask about an accommodation. The menu was very limited, I ended up getting an apple and chicken salad dish. What impressed me was that the employees knew the actual ingredients of the dishes they served, and easily rattled them off when I requested an accommodation. I was still a bit leery, and despite being very sensitive, I did not get sick (I made sure to let them know I am celiac). To boot, the salad was actually very good. So if you happen to be in the middle of northeast Texas, this may be a consideration. Just know ahead they are not GF trained and do not have much of a GF menu, but they know the very detail about the foods they sell.
