Not safe for celiacs at all. tried to buy a crust from them, as I enjoy making my gluten-free pizzas at home for safety purposes. I can’t find any gluten-free pizzas that don’t get me sick personally. Anyway, the owner claims that it is against the health violation to sell prepackaged precooked crusts with no egg. I expressed my frustration that they could not provide me with a gluten-free pizza which they claimed that they could, so I responded that I would come with my NIMA sensor and test it! NIMA came back with “gluten found” quicker than ever before. I was not treated very nicely by the owner, who clearly is very into himself. If you are just on a diet, seems like a nice place but if you have ANY sensitivity to gluten, skip this place at all costs.
I’ll give them a 3 stars because they acknowledge gluten allergies and have a gluten free pizza option (and beer/cider!) but honestly, their GF pizza tastes like chemicals.
