Really solid burger place! Their burgers themselves are creative and yummy, the gf buns are so-so. They also don't have gf bread, so if you order a sandwich like the BLT it will be on a big bun. But that being said, all their fries and tots are gf and they have great cocktails!
I get glutened every time I try this place. I always mention Celiac and no gluten, and order without a bun. I wish I could eat here, the food is good, my family loves it, and it's a local business. I believe the staff and cooks need to be more educated about Celiac and avoiding cross-contamination. I see all the other good reviews and "100% say it's Celiac-Friendly," so maybe I'm missing something! I completely disagree!
Separate fryer for fries and tots which is always a treat! (We got both!) Fairly extensive and easy to follow menu. Our food was fine. Nothing special, but certainly not gross. This restaurant is unbearably loud. They are in desperate need of acoustical tiles. Because of the noise, it was difficult to communicate with our server and it was not a very relaxing meal. Our waiter was completely indifferent to my "I have Celiac" spiel and, therefore, I was not confident at all that I would be eating safe food. Sometimes a restaurant can have a great GF menu and even have a dedicated fryer, but it just isn't a restaurant you enjoyed or would recommend, BRGR is a perfect example of this.
they have a good selection of gf food, I enjoyed everything I ordered. the grilled chicken wings (appetizer) was amazing and you could make a meal out of it. Gf buns for the burgers and 4 different gf fry options! wish they had some gf beers to go with the burgers but they did have a couple of ciders.
Waitstaff was very knowledgable and did not make me feel weird or uncomfortable when ordering. Menu was clearly marked for gluten free options. My bun wasn't toasted so I wasn't worried about cross contamination, and it was big enough for the burger and did not fall apart. Felt great after eating there
