Review of Bricco Coal Fired Pizza

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good. I've had better tasting gf pizza from Dominos. Got the plain cheese on the GF crust. Yes, the crust was softer and bread like. But there was barely any cheese on it and the tomato sauce wasn't seasoned at all. I don't know about their regular pizza, but if you're looking for a decent gf replacement for a real Jersey pizza or tomato pie, this isn't it. But they did cook it on its own tray to avoid cross contaminationin the oven. So, if you're looking for a quick bite to eat and not bad pizza, it works. If you're trying to replace real NJ pizza, I'm open to suggestions.
