I worked here at one point and I can assure you that if you have celiac‘s disease you will get sick from there gluten free pizza. They do not separate the products that they use on the gluten-free pizza from the products that they use on regular pizza. Frequently they do not even wash their hands before making a gluten-free pizza after making several regular pizzas. There is 100% a huge chance for cross-contamination!

"What is serious disease? What ceriac? I dont know what that means. Our gf pizzas are cooked in the same oven." Talked to 2 different employees neither had a clue. I'm not going to risk it.

being aware of Celiac's most of my adult life, I have tried a lot of different pizzas. this crust is not a frozen prebake, and absolutely one of my top gluten free pizzas.

We were visiting the area for a conference and searched the FindMe GlutenFree app and thought we would try Brick House. What a great surprise! The GF crust was not one of those commercially pre-baked crusts and had good texture and lots of flavor. The young man at the register answered my questions about the sauces (I tend to interrogate) and was very helpful. I ordered the Italian pizza which included some great GF Alfredo sauce and was ecstatic with the great flavors and textures. I highly recommend this spot as a pizza destination!
