I wasn’t sure if the waitress would understand celiac and how gluten is a serious issue, but after talking to her and explaining cross-contamination being a problem she had the chefs pick from separate boxes that were untouched for my toppings. I loved every bite of my pizza and had no symptoms of being glutened after!! Great place for not too expensive pizza!
