Review of Brick Oven Pizza

They have gluten free crust. The crust is a bread style. Not my favorite kind but it was decent. The crust was not thick, which is the main thing I don't like about bread crusts.

The server was very frustrating. She didn't know what was gluten free in terms of toppings or salad dressings or appetizers. She also refused to go ask unless I wanted to know about one specific thing. So I asked about the ranch dressing. She returned saying they didn't know. The ranch was made there but using mayonnaise, which they didn't know whether or not had gluten. I asked about the meat toppings, she said I should get the Margherita Pizza because that's the only one she's seen people order gluten free. It was vegetarian and had a garlic butter sauce instead of marinara. I didn't want that pizza. But she couldn't be sue about any of the meat toppings. I wanted her to ask the cook about the marinara but I was so frustrated and she kept leaving and coming back, so I just got the Margherita. She seemed happy. I felt like this place was pushing that pizza. I also got a salad with oil and vinegar because they had no idea whether their dressings were gluten free and again she said oil and vinegar was the only dressing gluten free customers ever ordered. From my experience, I'm not surprised. I'll never be back.

The house red wine was good.
