Review of La Torcia Brick Oven Pizza

This was my 3rd time eating here in the last 6 months but my first review. I've had 2 gluten free pizzas and one no crust pizza bowl. This last visit I was able to visit with, I assume, a manager about their procedures and they seem to be very careful when they're notified about being a celiac. Will definitely return.
