The waitress was nice and seemed to understand a little bit about celiac and gluten. She clearly wrote gluten-free on the order and talked to the kitchen before finalizing/taking my order. I ordered the eggscellent burger. They did not have a dedicated fryer so I substituted brussels sprouts without teriyaki sauce for the fries. When the meal came out, my burger had fried onions on it. When the waitress spoke to the chef, he was confused initially and thought they didn’t contain gluten. But then confirmed they did. They were very kind and re-made my burger. When it came out, it did not have the maple sauce on it which I think they figured out wasn’t gluten-free after initially telling me it was. The burger was extremely dry. I had ordered the egg on the burger over-easy, however, it came out over-hard. Had it been over-easy that would’ve helped the dryness a little bit. The brussels sprouts were also a bit of a disappointment. They were made without teriyaki sauce and were gluten-free, which was great. However, there was no seasoning at all on them and they were not crispy so just tasted like plain boiled brussels sprouts. I do think this is just an example of how diligent celiac patients need to be every single time someone else prepares our food. It’s not necessarily good or bad, it just is our reality. I don’t expect everyone to understand my individual dietary needs. However, this may be one place that’s not worth going back for me personally.

The waitress was very knowledgeable and made sure there wasn't any cross contamination. I am celiac - I had the stuffed green pepper soup, Black& bleu burger on GF delicious bun, and GF pear cider. Very good. I wish I lived here to come back again soon! Best place ❤

I am Celiac and this was one of the best gf buns I've ever had! Waitress knew exactly what kind of gluten free sides they had without checking.

So far, the only negative I have is that I wish that had a GF beer option, but having a few hard cider options was just as good (the Pear Cider was awesome!)

The bartender was just as awesome! When my burger cam out, he realized right away that they used a regular bun and he promptly sent it back to the kitchen before he even brought it to me, to have them remake my burger.

Then when my husband ordered dessert, the bartender again made a point to tell me that the dessert hubby ordered was not GF (deep fried kitkat pieces with marshmallow and chocolate). Of course I already realized that so I knew my limits! 😂 I just appreciated that me wanted to make sure we were aware!

I will definitely go back and check out a few more of the burgers!

The burger was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. They have an extensive list of ciders and the manager came out to talk to me about the fryer. The fries are not GF but the rest was awesome.
