Limited GF items marked on menu, but our server was happy to check with the kitchen to see what could be modified. I am not sure about practices to minimize cross- contamination, but it is certainly not a dedicated GF kitchen.

Went here for a work / traveling dinner. GF items on menu with decent options. Selected short rib dinner and after eating half realized there was gravy mixed in. I asked the waiter to check if it was cornstarch gravy. He checked and chef said it was flour. : ( waiter was upset and said he’d talk to the owners. Not sure if anything will change. Just emphasize GF if you order here!!

They have GF marked on their menu. Ribs are not marked GF as of June 18, 23. Server was willing to check with kitchen to see what could be made GF. Im not sure about cross-contamination safety practices.
