I have a non-Celiac gluten sensitivity and went with my mom who is vegetarian and my boyfriend who has no dietary restrictions. We had reviewed the menu before coming and I saw there were GF buns and salads available so we knew this would be an option for us. It was very busy and we had to wait a little for a seat. I ordered the brisket sandwich and made sure to stress, on a gluten-free bun. When our order was taken, the server wasn’t writing it down, just listening to us and then walked over to the screen to put in our order, which made me a little nervous. Pretty long wait for the food, and when I took one look at my sandwich it definitely wasn’t a GF bun, or even a bun at all, it just came on the normal sourdough bread that was listed on the description for the brisket. I’m not sure if this was because the GF bun was only offered in the burgers section of the menu and not on the sandwich side, but still I didn’t think it was an issue. It took a while for the server to come back to check in, where I let him know it wasn’t gluten free. He asked if we would still eat it and seemed to be more focused on getting us a box to take the sandwich home instead of trying to replace it for me. Eventually he came back with another sandwich on a GF bun, but it wasn’t even the brisket I initially ordered! Instead it was some sandwich with bacon, cheese, and jalapeños on GF bread. At this point I was just frustrated and hungry since my order was incorrect a second time. Since my sensitivity is non-Celiac, I just took the meat from the original sandwich and put it on the GF bun I was given, trying my best to avoid any crumbs. The server was very apologetic and realized he had put the wrong order in a second time and didn’t charge me for either of my sandwiches. Overall, I didn’t care much for the environment or the food and don’t think I would return. Be extra careful or avoid completely if Celiac.

GF buns available for burgers, burgers served with potato chips and pickle. 2 ciders. Not dedicated or extensive gluten-free by any means but can get a meal. Slow service and expect a wait.
