Staff mentioned pizza is cooked in a shared oven. Said the staff change gloves and prep gf pizza separately but it’s cooked in the same space. I got sick from eating here so I wouldn’t recommend.

Staff is VERY knowledgeable and I have never had an issue eating pizza OR drinking the beer. Probably my favorite gf pizza in Bozeman, coming from a local!

Fantastic pizza. More importantly, ALL the beer is less than 10 parts per million and very good.

Got very sick after ordering gluten free pizzas here. Overall, very underwhelmed by this place - all they have on their menu is pizza and beer. There seemed to be a lot of other better options closer to the main downtown area of Bozeman.

It was great... service was fantastic. Staff was very knowledgeable. All beer is gluten free and all of their pizzas can be converted to gluten free. They cook gf pizzas in a completely different area to ensure no cross contamination! Definitely recommend!!

I've had the pizza several times and it's really good and I never got sick from it. However the last time I was there a server told me I could try the beer, because they remove gluten in the last step of the brewing process, and they have never had a problem, even with celiac's. I was excited and I had 2, and the next day I felt really bad and had a lot of gastrointestinal pain and felt light headed and foggy (although I didn't throw up which is my main symptom if I eat gluten). So I would not recommend the beer, but the pizza is great.

Oh heck YES! I’m super crazy sensitive and I had a pizza AND BEER! It was freaking AH-MAZING!!! So so SO delicious, fantastic environment, great vibe and some of the best service we have ever had. Truly amazing! The gf and non-gf people in our group both highly enjoyed!!! MUST GO!!!!!

I am super sensitive to gluten and have a wheat allergy. I can’t even sit in the restaurant without having a hard time breathing because of the wheat in the air. However, they are so careful with creating the pizzas that I would consider it to be celiac friendly! I have never gotten sick having their pizza as long as I don’t sit in the restaurant to eat it which is weird but hey it works!

Absolute must try! Their gf pizza crust is the best I’ve had in a while. ALL of their beers test under 5ppm for gluten, so they are all celiac friendly!!! This was the first coffee stout I’ve had in years and it did not disappoint.
Yes
They make some good quality pizza here!! I had the Judith, which I would order again in a heart beat.
Best stop on my road trip! Was a little skeptical about the gluten removal but it was the last day of vacation and reviews were good so after confirming that they remove gluten and test batches with the waitress I went for it. tried almost all the tap beers. They had an AMAZING selection! I took home 3 growlers- double IPA, Cream Ale and a Berliner Weisse. O am sensitive celiac and had no gluten reaction. Was tempted on a few more growler fills but figured that would have to do. Pizza crust was also excellent and it was obvious they use fresh and quality ingredients for toppings. Service also phenomenal. There was a minor mix up on my pizza order but it was an accident and happened at a reqlly busy time. They were so attentive and quick to fix it! Also great to talk to about beer options. Cant wait for a chance to go back!

Yummy beer and yummy pizza!!! Didn’t get sick!

Best GF pizza crust! Pizzas were had high quality ingredients. A must try!
I had the Farm to Fig! Amazing. Also got to have a dark beer. First time in 5 years. ❤

Beer is celiac friendly, they test every batch to be sure it comes in under 10 ppm. I of course was hesitant to take my first sip after seeing wheat on the ingredient list, but decided to go for it. It tasted great and I had no reaction! I didn’t try any food, but have eaten the pizza before and it was the best I have ever had! Overall, I 100% recommend to celiacs!

Unfortunately we were not able to try the gf beer ): but the gf pizza was by far the best I've ever had! And I'm very picky and very sensitive to cross contamination. I never got sick at all and my daughter who 'sacrificed ' with gf so I could try 2 kinds thought it was delicious. Highly recommend

I just went there tonight and the pizza tasted great and they definitely gave me a pizza on their "gluten free" crust, but I got really sick after eating it. Still sick right now. Do not recommend if you're sensitive like I am.

I was amazed by my experience at Bridger Brewing. They enzymatically remove gluten from their beers so that those of us with Celiacs can enjoy real beer - not the poor gf-substitutes that are generally available. The gf pizza was amazing too. The waitress was insistent that their beer and pizza were celiac friendly, so I (hesitantly) gave it a try. I haven't had any of my typical "glutened"symptoms and enjoyed the best meal I'd had in a long time. Awesome job, Bridger Brewing. I only wish I lived closer!
I would like to note that the only negative review on here for Bridger Brewing was from someone who chose not to try the food or beer (their prerogative).

Wait staff was all very well informed and accommodating. We are here twice for lunch, pizzas were really good! So fun to try all the tasty gluten free beers on tap.
Yes
They are advertising their pizza and beer as gluten free for celiacs while they are not. The pizza is prepared separately but in the same kitchen with the regular pizzas, creating a major chance for cross contamination especially with all the flour.
The beer is gluten removed which is not gluten free. While the batches they test come in under the parts per million acceptable for someone with celiac disease to consume, but they do not test every batch. There is no way to assure quality control.
If you have celiac disease- diagnosed by a doctor- this is not a good place to eat.
Great to feel normal and have pizza and beer!
AMAZING. Their beers are GF and on tap. The GF is the best I've had. See the pics.

Amazing Gf pizza and beer! My favorite place in town. Celiac friendly!

Couldn't be more pleased with Bridger Brewing. The beer is FANTASTIC and I can even eat pizza!! Only problem is I go too often. :)

Bridger Brewing offers locally-sourced artisan pizzas, available with gluten-free crust. Our beers are crafted to remove gluten; we treat every batch of beer to reduce the gluten level below the FDA requirement of 20 ppm.

A little pricey, but worth it! All the beer is gluten free, and it's the best gluten free pizza I've ever had!
