Bridget Foy's was a testament to my belief that a small number of great gf options is better than an abundance of mediocre gf options: their salmon was one of the few options for me but was the best salmon I recall ever having. Service was excellent as well, and our server adjusted my wife's order based on the chef's concerns over possible cross-contact with her allergens
