I had an omelette and confirmed they don’t put any gluten in their eggs to thicken them like IHOP so it’s safe.
They also have gluten free bread for toast. I confirmed they store the bread separately and use a separate toaster just for the GF bread to toast it.
Just be sure to tell them you have celiac disease or a gluten allergy and they’ll bring your food out last to make sure it’s not near everyone else’s food.
Overall, the food was good and I didn’t get sick so I was happy with my experience.
