Review of Brigs Restaurants

I eat weekly at the Wake Forest location. Breakfast wait staff are always careful to Mark my ticket as celiac and I’ve never had an issue in the 9 years since I was diagnosed. They offer gf toast choice for breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The fryer is not dedicated. However they offer several options if you go at lunch time to serve with your sandwich. My sister (also celiac) had a most delicious chicken sandwich last week! They offer gf French Toast but the staff has warned me off of that option as the risk for cross contamination is quite high.
