Restavracija Briljant

Visited the Postojna caves today and was told we were having lunch here before heading off. Couldn’t find anything online but after asking at a few of the restaurants (who all turned me away saying no) I was directed to this self service restaurant. Spoke to the chef serving and he informed me that a couple of dishes were gluten free including a grilled cheese (similar to halloumi), chicken drumsticks and roast pork as well as some side dishes including vegetable rice, a portion of vegetables and the salad bar (not the chips as they were made in a shared fryer). Not a huge choice but the portions were good and it was a relief to find somewhere that was happy to explain my options despite being busy. Lovely quick lunch :)
