Brilliant Sushi

Super helpful staff, they are very aware about the celiac disease and gluten free diet. Rice vinegar is gluten free, they are also fit to exchange any gluten-containing ingredient and they are controlling it themselves - the staff knows exactly what they are putting inside every roll and if it's safe. Gluten free soy sauce also available without any extra charge. Sushi is delicious, fresh and beautifully served. 10/10!

Very helpful chef/owner understand celiac and gluten free and offers tailored options including passing on some of the ingredients. Important note is that almost all Sushi places in Gdansk use rice with gluten sauce so cannot be Gluten Free at the base. Here they use Japanese vinegar to flavour the rice and so are gluten free if you choose raw or grilled options, their tempura is with gluten.
