Excellent dinner at Brine. I have celiac and had a great experience; the server needed to ask the kitchen for which specials and desserts were gluten-free, but I had plenty of options, enjoyed the food, and didn’t get sick. Will certainly come back another time!

The waitress seemed knowledgeable and said the chef took extreme care in preparing the food. She said the fries were in a dedicated fryer. The food was good but I did have a reaction, so likely not fully celiac safe.
