Review of BriSkit

The staff was really nice and the chef came up to talk to me about how they prepare everything. Everything on the menu can be ordered gluten free and as it turns out a lot of the items are only made gluten free.

I ordered a sandwich and it just so happened they ran out of bread today. From what they told me he makes his own and they order bread in. They felt so bad they gave me extra meat fries and onion rings and a side of gravy. Everything was prepared well and tasted good. I can't wait to try other menu items.

I'm here on business for the next two weeks and I intend on spending every lunch here. I would have dinner too but they close before I am finished work.
