Staff do wonderful at making sure no cross contact happens in the kitchen. Their hash browns are gluten free and are cooked in a dedicated area away from gluten. I love their omelettes as well which are also made on a separate area from any gluten-containing ingredients. I would highly recommend this restaurant for celiacs looking for a safe breakfast place!
