Zero stars, would not eat there if Celiac. When I spoke to the manager she rather hastily said that they can make any pizza gluten-free but she cannot take steps to avoid cross contamination.
No
Pizza, chicken wings, ask for the gf menu. it lists all the allergens and what process thwy go through to avoid cross contaimination, ie separate kitchen space, new gloves, pizza in their own tray and always on the top shelf. Even has a gf dessert!!!
The have an extensive allergy list for all menu items. Server was very knowledgeable and explained the precautions the kitchen takes. I am sensitive to cross contact and felt fine after eating here.
