Had breakfast, they have food labeled GS ( made on their own kitchen )GF ( made in dedicated kitchen) per server explanation. Although very tasty - had a cranberry white chocolate muffin and a chocolate chip cookie- and server being extremely helpful and knowledgeable, GF goods share same display with gluten goods so if you are very strict about cross contamination I would avoid it.
The regular menu is marked “GS” next to all the gluten-sensitive items, so it’s nice you don’t have to ask for a separate menu. I asked for clarification and the cashier did notify me that GS is GF, but I think they use GS to say they don’t have a separate kitchen for gluten free items. A good 75% of the menu can be gluten free which is soooo nice, and I got the turkey and brie panini (delicious!!!) The cashier didn’t seem too knowledgeable about celiac but it could have just been the one that served me in particular.
