Simply put, amazing. We drove from 35 min away just to try the place and it did not disappoint. In addition to the food being amazing, the staff were very knowledgeable and super friendly. We will absolutely be back.
The place is adorable. Food is delicious, you can carryout or eat in. I had the 3 piece broasted chicken with broasted potatoes. They have a dedicated gf fryer. They do not use soybean oil. It was beyond delicious, my gluten eating husband had the regular chchicken and mac and cheese was also blown away by the flavor. They have a ton of gf side options. You can also choose from broasted chicken, a sandwich on a gluteree bun, or wings. I am a sensitive celiac and did not have an issue.
Had the chicken tenders with gluten free breading. Bit salty for my taste but it would taste great on a sandwich.
Go here now! We found it randomly while checking if there was anything new in the area and went a few hours later, because fried chicken. Fried chicken sandwich was so good and the bun didn’t fall apart. You could tell it’s was a gluten free bun, but it actually held up. Chicken tenders were also great. We will be going back asap
I ordered a few types of chicken fried, with wedges, buffalo sauce, and mango habanero. I wanted to love this place- the food was decent, the sauce was great. I unfortunately have celiac and am so sensitive. I only even ate here because at the time there were 41 reviews and not one safety concern. My daughter and myself were/are sick from it. I wouldn't even believe it at first and didn't eat the enzymes I usually take specific to gluten in case of cross contamination. The second I started treating for gluten exposure is when I finally started feeling better. I NEVER eat at restaurants (except higher end ones), and I'm so sad we got so sick.
This was my second experience. Ordered fried chicken sandwich with buffalo sauce on the side and the wedge potatoes. The chicken was crispy and juicy and so good! Real chicken, super fresh. My family got regular non gf food and we’re also super impressed with their food. Friendly service and clean restaurant. It’s not close to home but definitely plan to go back when we can!
I couldn't be happier with my meal. The first fried chicken sandwich I had since I was diagnosed in 2011, and it was wonderful. I can't strongly recommend this restaurant enough! I would drive over an hour for this restaurant, as I have for gf fried chicken in other towns, but got lucky that I'm staying nearby. I'm a very sensitive celiac, and have had no reaction at all. The owner has a gluten allergy, so he understands how to avoid cross contamination. If you're in the area go here!!
First time eating here and was very impressed. The entire menu is able to be made gluten free. The staff was very kind and helpful. Got the chicken tenders and they were the best gluten free tenders I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back, would recommend for anyone gluten free very safe for those with celiac.
Outstanding!! Fried chicken is great and you always get an extra piece.. I go 20 miles out of way to stop by here at least once or twice a month!!!
Broasted Brothers is the real deal! They know how to cook gf and for it to taste delicious. I drove 30 minutes to get their fish and it was definitely worth the drive. My 12 year old son loves Broasted Brothers and asks for it by name. We are so happy to have this gem of a place to visit. Thanks!
Chicken was great, but the real star was the gluten free cod! My wife has been craving fish and chips for a while now…. This place didn’t disappoint!!! The guy cooking chatted with us some, and he is GF, which makes me feel better about how safe it is.
Excellent restaurant with many gluten free chicken options. This was the first time I was able to eat chicken tenders and fries since being diagnosed. It was one of the best meals of chicken tenders and fries I have ever eaten. The homemade ranch and buffalo dipping sauce was also very good. I drove over an hour to try it and was not disappointed and wouldn't hesitate to stop here. Hands down extremely friendly options for those with celiac.
Traveling through and found this place on the app. Glad we decided to pick it for dinner. Spoke with Tim who was very helpful and obviously knowledgeable. Chicken had a mild breading but was delicious. We had the corn and green bean sides along with the potato wedges and all were delicious. Plus plenty of leftovers. Cold fried chicken for a celiac is quite a treat! Eat here confidently - no worries about safety. Great food and service. Lots of folks doing take-out.
Not only is the chicken delicious, but the potato wedges are heavenly. Having a safe option for fried chicken isn’t something I imagined after having to go gluten free, but I am so grateful that Broasted Brothers has the option. The prices aren’t much different than the normal chicken, if at all, which is a bonus.
Absolutely delicious! I had no reaction. The broasted chicken was some of the best I've ever had and the owner was very kind and went out of his way to fix a mix up with our salad. We had mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, potato wedges, salad and a milkshake all of it was so good! Will definitely return next time we're in town.
This restaurant is a hidden gem!!! They have a location in Livonia. Two brothers started this, I believe, and their food if fabulous and being gluten free - it has been a treasure to find for me. One of the owner’s wife is gluten free, which makes the seriousness of our issues taken more seriously. Broasted Chicken - gluten free!!! And most all of their sides!! There is even a gluten free dessert and if you are not gluten free, the desserts are wonderful says my husband ! Grateful for this place!
