Shared kitchen with risk of cc. Server seemed knowledgeable about gf and modified my order to make it safe for me. We had the Pytt I Panna and the Folorade agg. Server informed me they toasted the bread on the cleaned grill, and broke it by hand to avoid using the contaminated knife. They also skipped the gf breadcrumbs as gluten touching gloves contaminated them. I was skeptical to eat here but felt staff was well informed. I enjoyed my meal and didn’t get sick.
