Waiter was extremely nice and helpful in finding gf options - thought they are very limited. He said they use the same deep fryer for all fried foods so there’s definitely cross contamination in anything fried. I was able to have a salad (most of the dressings were safe) and they offer a lettuce wrapped burger. He told me he would let the cooks know so they could make sure to have clean gloves on and prepare in a clean area to not cross contaminate and he also checked the mixings in the drink I ordered.
