My wife and son are celiac. We had great steaks here after a day in Capitol Reef. They seemed knowledgeable about gluten-free issues and were very friendly.

Awesome place to visit if you’re driving through capital reef! Lots of gluten free options and the food is phenomenal. Very lowkey spot but far exceeded my expectations! The staff was very knowledgeable and the service was great, would highly recommend stopping in.

This is a small little town and I was so happy our host reccomended this place. A lot of the steaks on the menu were gluten free and they took appropriate precautions and I did not get sick!

There is enough knowledge and choice! The Served food is very good. Colleen helped with the choices and she knows what she is talking about! Thanks for this excellent service

They do not have a dedicated fryer. We tried to order the potatoe skins based on the other review, but double checked with the waitress. Glad we asked. We ended up just doing the loaded potato. It seemed like the safest option (sensitive celiac).

EXCELLENT gluten free options for such a little rural town!! They have a dedicated gluten free fryer so Celiacs can enjoy awesome GF fries and potato skins. Almost anything on the menu can be made GF. They even have GF creme brulee and home made ice cream!! Our waitress was very kind and patient and she never took a chance with our safety.....if she wasn't sure about ingredients, she made sure to ask the chef. Very much appreciated!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great place. Waitress very knowledgeable of celiac and full of suggestions. Definitely celiac friendly.
Got steak and a baked potato. The steak was very tough. The waitress was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free. They make their own ice cream which is safe.

Don't let appearances fool you, this is a lovely accommodating stop on your western excursion. Let your server know about your food allergies and the kitchen will be very accommodating. My fiancé is very gluten and dairy sensitive, and our server was helpful knowledgeable and kind. 10/10 would recommend!
