Advertise a gluten-free pizza. However, there is no barrier between the crust and the oven, and the bottom of the oven is coated in flour. So while a little intolerance might be okay, definitely not celiac safe. When asked about their salads and dressings, they didn’t seem to know whether or not there was gluten in them. Overall, staff seemed very confused about gluten and cross contamination.
