Brooklyn Brick Oven Pizza

I ordered a gluten-free pizza for delivery using the online order. I left a note that I have celiac disease and minutes after I placed my order they called me to assure me they would clean the pans and cutters. I was very impressed by this. They use a rice based crust. Although the service was good, the pizza itself was a 2/10.

When I called they said they use a different space and pans for preparing the food.

The texture of the gluten free pizza crust was not good. It almost needs to be burnt/crispier or else made with different gluten free flour.

Amazing pizza! Great homey feel. I’m Celiac and have eaten here tons of times with no issues.
