Very yummy pizza .

Waitress was super knowledgeable . We asked for glove change and to not cut pizza just in case .

I've had the gluten free crust pizza several times without incident. They place a aluminum tray underneath the pizza to help it from getting contaminated. I can't speak for all contamination being prevented, but I have not had a glutened response after eating there several titimes.
