Review of Brooks Burgers

We were so looking forward to this visit after hearing and reading great reviews. The restaurant was clean and well decorated. However, our server had no clue, none, about food allergies. I asked if they had a gf menu. She said no, we have a gluten free bun. I asked what items were safe to put on a gf bun and she had to ask in the kitchen. She was clearly annoyed and it wasn’t even busy. She came back with that the hamburger is safe. I wanted to ask a few more questions but she seemed irritated so I just got the burger. Burger was fine. Bun was good. Out of 4 people only 2 of us got the correct toppings on our burgers. Our appetizer didn’t come out until we were 1/2 done with our meal. Overall we were glad we tried it but disappointed and prob won’t be back. I think if we had a more knowledgeable server it would have been an entirely different experience.
