The menu is very clearly marked for gf and vegan options and you can order by scanning a QR code at your table or walking up to speak to someone. I got a soup trio and had potato leek, Moroccan chickpea vegetable, and carrot ginger turmeric soups. All were delicious! I will be back to try their sandwiches (gf bread available) and salads.

This is right down the street from my office and is my go to lunch spot they are super knowledgeable.

Their chili, butternut squash soup, lentil soup, a brocolli cheddar are just a few of their gluten free options I’ve tried and I have never been sick

They also have bread for gf sandwiches if that’s more your speed I haven’t tried them yet though

I have emailed them multiple times with questions and each time I am met with compassion and they are always knowledgeable about they typically overlooked ingredients (soy sauce, roux based soups, oats and barley)
