Came in here to eat. The server said her coworker has celiac disease and can’t eat anything off the grill because it is shared and some of their seasonings have gluten on it. So the only thing you can get here is a salad.
server didn't know what celiac was when i mentioned it but i just said it's a severe gluten allergy and she knew how to walk me through the menu. salad and beet soup are gf and I felt fine afterwards. not a lot of selection but overall a good option for airport food
Arugula salad is gluten free ( with chicken or salmon). Tomato soup without French onions. Very good!
They have gluten free bread. We willing to substitute.

Lovely upscale lunch place in the newly designed airport food area. Only one gluten free offering on the menu (salad), but it was delicious and exactly what I wanted for lunch. Other items appear to be modifiable to be GF. I would ask upon my return. Worth considering. Salad was delicious and questioned prep procedures and felt safe. I even asked about the marinade and the Server, Michael, was a pleasure and brought back a list with the ingredients (see pictures).
Update next day: I’m 100% good, no reaction.
