Lovely upscale lunch place in the newly designed airport food area. Only one gluten free offering on the menu (salad), but it was delicious and exactly what I wanted for lunch. Other items appear to be modifiable to be GF. I would ask upon my return. Worth considering. Salad was delicious and questioned prep procedures and felt safe. I even asked about the marinade and the Server, Michael, was a pleasure and brought back a list with the ingredients (see pictures).
Update next day: I’m 100% good, no reaction.
