Employee was knowledgable, checking if we are celiac and offering to prepare the food in a separate area in the kitchen. Alsof came back tot double check with us on a specific ingredient after checking the ingredients of the dressing. Felt safe to us. Unfortunately not offeren any substitutie for the nonGF bun. So the quantity was insufficient for my teen.
