Browns is certified by a celiac agency and did an amazing job keeping my celiac girls safe. There food was brought out separately and there was a gluten free menu.

Overall seems like a safe place to eat. There is a separate gluten free menu and plenty of options. I got the chicken sandwich which wasn’t great but I at least felt comfortable eating it.

Very safe and so tasty! Extensive gluten free menu to choose from. Meals came out with a seperate waiter from everyone else. Coeliac accredited.

We went for the celiac-certified afternoon tea, which was excellent!! The servers were very knowledgeable about allergies and explained how each item was celiac friendly upon presentation. My food items were presented on a separate tray from my husband’s (Muggle, i.e., non-celiac) and the host reassured us that they prevented cross-contamination.

Ate here twice while visiting Edinburgh. They have gluten free menus and I was informed they have a separate GF kitchen. Staff is very allergy aware and knowledgeable. They also offer GF afternoon tea, which looked lovely but I did not get to try. A beautiful spot to relax and wind down!

Great breakfast at Browns, they had a a GF menu and took great care to have no cross contamination. Excellent and highly recommend this place!

Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and great choice for starters, dinner and desert aswell as a great drinks menu. Was informed onion rings which were on the gf menu actually weren’t gluten free so I avoided those but was able to get gf chips.
