Browns

Browns is a fantastic restaurant and bar in the Marriott hotel, Cardiff that welcomes hotel guests and others to its lovely dining room and bar area.

The restaurant offers gluten free menus for all meals and the waiting staff and kitchen clearly have good knowledge and take great care about their food prep and service.

We ate there on two consecutive evenings and thoroughly enjoyed our meals from the a la carte menu and GF menu respectively.

GF dishes ordered were Pork Belly and chicken burger with a side of onion rings - onion rings are a rare treat even in gf friendly eateries!

Food was delicious and well cooked with care to avoid cross contamination. Beautiful crème brûlée for desert.

Excellent surroundings and good quality, freshly cooked and delightful food makes this venue stand out. It also holds recognition from the caeliac association for its care and commitment to high quality GF food.

We also had daily breakfast as hotel guests which included GF cereal, bread and plenty of fruit, yoghurt as well as cooked items.

Great venue and will visit again next time we are in Cardiff.
