11 inch gluten free pizza here! Any toppings you want. So serious about gluten that my pizza was cut with dedicated utensils and cooked on it's own special pan in oven! Crust not made in restaurant like their regular pizzas owner explained because it would be impossible for flour not to get in it when dough iwith flour is being made right there, so it is imported from a special bakery and made just for Brugos. Excellent! GF pasta too.
