No gluten free options. Website states, “We do not consider our ice cream gluten free. The vanilla and chocolate base that we use does not contain any gluten, but we make our ice cream flavor over flavor, which means there may be microscopic traces of gluten from other “add-ins” left in the machines even though they are rinsed between flavors.”

Specifically explained our new celiac diagnosis means that she can’t have cookies/“dirt”, and asked for the scoop to be washed first, and for them to use the chocolate ice cream in the back that hasn’t been opened yet if possible. Daughter asked for chocolate ice cream with m&ms and gummy worms. The ice cream came out and the worms were covered in cookie crumbs.

Horrible experience. The woman who waited on me was extremely rude, even laughed, when I tried to inquire about what ice creams did not contain gluten.

Their black raspberry chocolate chip ice cream was yummy and 100% gluten free, as certified by my gut. However, it was not as good as the same flavor made by Graeters ice cream (found in Cincinnati, OH)!
