B's Craft Deli & Market

Stopped in for a sandwich and I’m not totally sure what to make of it. Asked the guy behind the counter about GF protocols and they named the normal list (swap gloves, clean knives, etc). But I’d asked for a turkey sandwich on GF bread and they accidentally (?) gave me their thanksgiving sandwich which has cornbread in it. I caught the mix up before eating anything but it spooked me a bit. Ended up getting the correct sandwich and didn’t have any symptoms, but was for sure a bit spooked/uneasy after the mix up

All deli meats and cheeses are GF. All sandwiches can be made GF with GF bread. They said they take allergies seriously and will prepare GF in a separate area and take precautions.
