I ate here the other night and had a sort of caprese salad (gorgeous plating) and added chicken to get some extra protein. They knew what they were doing - I think they have two celiac employees! I am very sensitive to cross contamination and I did not get sick. Yay!! Will definitely be back.
The waiter said they swapped out supplies for GF (like cutting board), but since it is a shared kitchen my safety rating is deducted one point. They did a fantastic job and I am so so pleased!
I had such a good experience here. I have celiac and went with a friend who doesn’t. We ordered a charcuterie board and I told the server about my celiac and asked for the crackers and bread on a separate plate. She told me they had gluten free crackers that I could have and when she brought them out I was very shocked at how good they were I thought maybe she got confused and brought me regular crackers, but after confirming with her they were gluten free! Even my non celiac friend liked them which was nice because usually GF crackers kinda suck
Wine doesn't seem to be an option on the available gluten free option list, but it is by far one of my favorite gluten free things. We had a fantastic evening at BTGs. I haven't tried a lot if white wines so I asked for a recommendation based on drinks I have enjoyed and loved the flight our server recommended. I then found that they had a flight of Cabernet Francs and was in heaven! We ordered a few side dishes that were delicious. I have celiac disease and I'm very sensitive and had no reaction to either dish (cheese & meat plate and the asparagus). The server was knowledgeable about what was gluten free. I wouldn't pick this place for a full dinner, but LOVED the night out with wine. Already looking forward to the next time we go.
