They have great options for people with gluten allergies. Be sure to say you have celiac. Definitely worth the stop if you are in town.

Unfortunately I got sick eating here and felt terrible. My order was very basic. But must of had cross contamination from the cutting boards or knives.

Waitress informed me that there were only a couple of things that were not gluten free, and to avoid the fryer. Most menu items and sauces were gf and the menu is clearly labeled. Just let them know it’s an allergy to change gloves. Great experience!

Food was good and the menu was well labeled. The guy at the counter also pointed out was sauce we could not have.
Guy at counter was really knowledgeable and I could see he put an alert “allergy” but when the food came out they had it on the same tray as my husband’s sandwich and French fries. My food was touching his. Luckily we saw this and removed anything touching and I did not get sick! Food was okay... a little bland as I had to keep putting sauce on it.
Menu clearly labeled. Also let us know which BBQ sauce to avoid.

I love ‘cue so I was excited to try BT’s. The staff was very knowledgeable about the menu and gluten. They were also very kind and understanding when I asked questions. GF items were clearly marked on the menu.
The food was great. I’ll definitely return.

The food was great and most of the menu is GF. The staff was knowledgable about what is GF and what’s not.
I like the pulled pork and the carrot salad. All the bbq sauces except one are gluten free and the staff are very knowledgeable about what's safe to eat for sides. I've never gotten sick but try to come when it's quiet and they can really watch out for cross-contamination in their small space. When it's busy, it feels like too much of a risk.
Very disappointed. Had great reviews but my personal opinion the food was terrible :( Everything tasted strongly of vinegar (Brisket, Sweet sauce, house sauce, carrot slaw, the beans were the only thing that didn't.) I am not very picky either, and was starving when we got here, but I couldn't eat over half of the brisket. I did read other reviews that also said they got 80% fat. I took a pic but I guess you can't share pics on these reviews. BBQ places where I'm from would throw that cut of meat away and never serve it to customers. Fiancé got the bison burger and he described it as "edible, plain". He also had the cornbread which he said was good.
I would not say they are celiac friendly due to cross contamination. Fingers crossed I don't get sick. When I get hungry I seem to forget how sick I will get 😭

Yum!! And knowledgeable :)

Food was pretty good but be prepared to wait even on a Saturday at 2:30; recommend calling ahead to order. Brisket was pretty tender with enough fat but ends were quite burnt and over-salted. Pickled onions and cuke salad were GF and helped get the ok parts of brisket down.
Updated review:
This place has amazing, delicious food. Unfortunately, I watched the cook while I was waiting for our order and there was tons of cross contamination. The same knife was used for bread and for cutting meat, the same hands put sandwiches in the oven and meat on plates, rolls were placed on the meat cutting board. After waiting an hour between entering to order and getting our food, my husband didn't dare eat a bite. Major bummer! This place does huge volume so they don't really need to change their ways, nor did I ask.
Original review:
There is a menu marking all the GF selections taped to the counter. All the meats, almost all the sides, and all the sauces except the mustard sauce are GF. This was the best BBQ we have had in years! There may be a long line to order but it moves right along and is definitely worth the wait!

My fiancé and I stopped here after reading a few good reviews. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. The place was moderately busy. Very clean inside and outside. I asked for gluten free options. The staff was well informed on the topic of GF safety. Loads of GF options. I enjoyed incredible brisket , spare ribs, both were delicious. My fiancé enjoyed the pulled pork also amazing. This is casual dining at its finest. No servers. Order at the counter and return to pick up. The options were plentiful. I highly recommend this establishment!
